I give my child permission to participate in all activities at Temple Kol Tikvah well as any other destination that is part of the Sub-Regional Event hosted by KTTY (Davidson, NC) throughout the weekend of January 31st, 2025- February 2nd, 2025. I agree to hold harmless Temple Kol Tikvah, Temple Kol Tikvah chaperones, volunteers, and all Temple Kol Tikvah staff and administrators, from any costs or liabilities that may be incurred as a result of my childÃ¢s participation in any events that your child partakes in during the Sub-Regional Event hosted by KTTY (Davidson, NC) from January 31st, 2025-February 2nd, 2025. This includes any part of the trip that may occur enroute to and from the destination, as well as to and from any other activities related to the trip.
